As a small privately owned company we value our relationship with our customers and appreciate the privileged information they share with us. We do not trade or share any of our customer information with any vendors that we deal with nor is that information for sale at any price.
We are able to ship our merchandise anywhere in the United States. We can ship wine anywhere in the United States with the exception of Pennsylvania and Utah. We charge for shipping what it costs us; for example, to ship a case of wine (about 32 lbs) from Coeur d’Alene to San Francisco would cost approximately $18.00. When we do ship wine you must be 21 years of age to make the purchase and there must be someone 21 years of age available to sign for the shipment when it is received. We cannot ship wine to post office boxes, unless there is someone there to receive it.
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and must be in the original condition. To replace merchandise damaged in shipping, it must be in original packaging material and we must be notified within 10 days of receipt.
Wine that is corked can be returned for full refund after contacting us. Wine that is not corked will be considered on a case by case basis after contacting us.
